Nevertheless, the real estate contract (whether it is a lease, purchase agreement, or any other enforceable real estate agreement), must be analyzed carefully to ensure sure the client’s rights are well protected.

A major goal for most clients is to avoid any financial and emotional burdens of litigation, and instead, to encourage alternative resolutions.
